Need to know info. Parting can be a hassle, but not always. They do have busses that help with this. You can see the entire place in about 45 minutes but I'd recommend that you plan about 1.5 hours to really be able to take in all the beauty and detail it has to offer. They have a rotating selection of Bonsai trees outside, and if you want to see more bonsai trees they have more upstairs from the gift shop. Including a 500 year old juniper.
This place is just amazing. After my first visit I was hooked and bought a year membership. Which was a lot less then I expect. If your in the vicinity or area during the best times of the year, generally late spring and summer, you should surely add this must see and do Itinerary, very beautiful, colorful and fragrant. This is the best rose garden!! It’s the biggest one I’ve visited yet and definitely have the most fragrant roses.
It’s hard to choose the best rose. But I would say, when you visit, look for Mr. Lincoln. It’s a very dark, vibrant red rose and smells amazing.
