If you hate long reviews here's quick notes:
•Overall it's alright •Employees are nice and polite •Pretty decently big store lots of furniture and clothes •To much clothes and unorganized so hard to find stuff •Brand name clothes are expensive and out on designated rack •Parking is tight and limited
Meh. Needs to be more organized. Clothing is basically the main attraction for all thrift stores and they do it very poorly. I've been there 10+ times in the past year. For some reason they only separate the clothes by shirt and pants basically. They have one very small rack for higher end clothes that IMO is very overpriced especially for a thrift store and those items typically don't go on sale which they have feqently (50% off basically everything every Monday). There is way to much to go though (clothes wise) and it's not very organized. I mean when it's that amount of stuff it should be separated by size otherwise it takes forever and not very motivating to come back. Oddly their fitting room is in a very random spot that's out of your viewing area and I constantly over hear people saying like oh guess there is no fitting room and that's loosing buisness. I put back a items on the shelf after I spent 30 minutes there the first time I went there because there was no clear sign or anything where the fitting room was and I'm not going to buy clothes if I can't try them.
I don't want to be to harsh on them as they are pretty friendly and I want to support the troops (basically the only reason why I still go once in awhile). The only time I had some sort of bad experience with a the workers is when I was looking at the pants in the back and I heard them playing explicit music and (not that I would affend me but there's kids that go there) shouting to employees from inside their office and it was very unprofessional.
Sidenote if you never been here before parking is very limited and compact sometimes no spots around rush hour hard to...
Read more75% off... Not! There is huge 75% Off sign to get you in the door but there is small print... only one day a week. Then is 40% off ... but NOT. ONLY special tags. Even the clerk did know what the heck the discount would be.... had to look it up. It is an absolutely convoluted system. The prices are high so you'd have to get a substantial discount to get a reasonable price. Also the environment seems grungy and the music irritating. The unisex bathroom seemed sort of okay until you try to was your hand but there is no soap or towels. Now you know that as you leave you will have to grab the handle used by folks with dirty hands and you can't use a towel on the handle to get out.
On the floor... A worker was putting items on the self snipped at me when I ask about an item in the cart. No ... That's mine! ... was her comment. The only bright spot was BRIDGETTE, the manager. She was friendly and tried to be accommodating. She will have to do a lot to get this place in order. Bad experience ... Didn't...
Read moreI come here often and I love shopping here. Unfortunately today, one of the employees was very rude. I was having a great day until I came up to her at the registers to pay for my items. I was very kind to her and I just wanted to ask if I could view an item up close from the glass displays but before I could even finish my sentence; the elderly employee, who goes by the name of Jayme, rudely interrupted me and stated “you need to wait. Cant you see I’m scanning your items.” Which took me aback because I was very polite to her but she didn’t return that kindness. Upon that, she shoved all my items in the bag and I also bought a fragile item that she carelessly shoved in the bag as well, luckily that particular item did not break. I was very frustrated with the way she treats the customers; she was very rude not only to me but to many of the shoppers shopping at this location. If any of you are visiting this location, please be aware of Jayme as her actions can affect many...
