Audio Adrenaline — Local services in Prescott Valley

If you remotely care about your vehicle or time you would run far from this shop. I had a Kenwood touch screen head unit installed in a 2011 Suburban and they couldn't have possibly done a worse job on the install. After the initial install I noticed that it wouldn't adjust the angle of the screen and that there was a big crack in my dash, which they of course claimed to not do, so I took it back and they ripped off the trim kit and said it wasn't possible to do with the trim kit installed. So now after driving home disappointed that there is a huge gap around my receiver the AC functions would no longer work. Back to the shop I go. After they ripped the receiver out in the parking lot they said they have no idea what the problem was and that its working perfectly fine. About a week later the receiver constantly would cut out and restart until the 3rd time and then it would shut the music off completely and give me a warning to pull over and restart my car.

At this point I can no longer trust them with my vehicle. I then took it to Audio Express to have them fix it. They were astounded at how terrible of a job "Audio Adrenaline" did. They said there were bare wires all over the place along with loose connections. It took them ALL day to attempt to fix and they weren't even sure if it was possible to fix or if they shorted the system out. Well after sitting in their shop from open till they were about to close, they managed to get it patched up good enough to get me bye. Hmm and somehow they managed to make the proper trim kit work which "Audio Adrenaline" said wasn't possible. Audio express said it would be iffy and that I would probably need a new head unit. So now its been a couple months and its starting to show issues again. I fear I just wasted $2000 and days of my life.

It wouldn't have stung so much if I knew I took it to a place that was a cheap installer to save a few bucks but no I thought I was paying more for a quality install. It appears to me that the owner doesn't give 2 craps about his customers because after being there waiting and waiting multiple times for the initial install and for them to fix all the problems they created, the owner wouldn't even give me the time of day. I know if I owned a business and a customer had to come in multiple times for one install I would be down there talking to him to figure out whats going on with my company. He apparently cant afford to hire a good installer because he wasted all his money on his 2 teslas he was pulling up in.

Now if you're getting your exhaust done, the tech for that is very experienced and did a phenomenal job. The staff behind the counter is also very nice and knowledgeable. That all means nothing though if they cant even install a head unit correctly. I will NEVER trust them with my vehicle again. Thanks for screwing a vet out of his hard...

We purchased a home in the area in 2023. We chose Audio Adrenaline to do a whole home upgrade that we needed specifically for lighting, and home automation. We primarily worked with Aaron and Chris. There are not enough nice words to say how happy we are with everything they did. All our lighting was upgraded. They even automated/put in motion sensing in our closest for not only better lighting, but also convenience. They did this in our master closet, laundry room and front closest - so we never have to reach for a switch with our hands full. Our home automation included automated lighting, thermostat control, media operation and a home security system. Our back patio had practically no lighting. Aaron assessed the situation, carefully listened to our wants and needs (including lighting over the grill). He came up with the very creative solution of bistro lighting. This not only satisfied the need for lighting, including the grill, but it is also beautiful and we get positive comments on it. In fact, since the installation, several of our neighbors put in their own bistro lighting. Aaron also offered the idea of an electronic shade installed outside of our 4 panel slider to the back deck. It is fantastic!! You can see out and for security, you cannot see in. We couldn't be happier that he brought up the idea and the result we achieved. Everything is working fantastic. They are both super friendly to work with, really listen to what you need - for both function and convenience - and find creative solutions to accomplish the goals. The system is very easy to use and their training on the system was so good - we rarely have a question. We have since called them back to connect a new home humidifier system to the automation system. Again, always friendly and helpful - especially since the HVAC company had never worked with the thermostat that Aaron and Chris put in. Separate from our home, I also visit the local store and had a cellphone extender installed on my vehicle. Everyone there was also incredibly friendly and efficient. In all cases, it how is incredible to watch how efficient they are, how respectful of our home they are and also the attention to detail - one specific example is anticipating wind and weather in designing how best to install and secure the bistro lighting so it will survive harsh weather conditions. We cannot recommend Audio Adrenaline enough. They will not only solve and satisfy anything you are thinking of , but will also offer opportunities for things you haven't thought of. Give them a call. OK, Below is our initial review of Aaron and Audio Adrenaline from a few months back. Here is our new review entered on 4/9/19. STELLAR! Our old system had some CAT-5 issues with no chance to upgrade to new CAT-6 (it was a lack of foresight by our builder). Aaron was incredibly creative in thinking of ways to make our system sync while still maintaining the integrity of our initial install. Trust us, this guy thinks outside the box to find solutions to challenging issues and truly cares that things are done right. He succeeded! Having dealt with prior A/V firms I know for certain they would not have had the solution. Aaron did! Kudos, Aaron and Audio Adrenaline! Give him a call!!

Husband John Schneider here... We have been battling AV issues for over a year and have experienced three prior companies NONE of which could figure out the problem. Owner Aaron came in and diagnosed the situation immediately, suggested some options, worked with us budget-wise, and solved the problem. When we had a minor glitch post-repair he was accessible to talk about what needed to be done next and we are in process!
