We absolutely love FULL Swing Sports Center in Prescott Valley! The customer service is always top-notch — Jeff, the owner, is incredibly accommodating, kind, and truly cares about the experience of every guest. The facility is spotless, the machines work perfectly, and there are plenty of game options to keep everyone engaged. Just finished up my son’s birthday party here. Money. Well. Spent. The kids had a blast and so did the parents. We brought our own food and drinks, but forgot ice, utensils, and something to cut the cake. The owner graciously provided what we irresponsibly forgot, and refused to let us pay him for it. Came here on Sunday morning to take my nephew for batting practice. 2 older gentlemen were in the t ball cages. They refused to take turns. When I approached them about taking turns with a 6 year old, they were rude about it. Apparently they are regulars so the owner wouldn't ask them to leave the cages and share.
