I usually try to give balanced reviews, but I have to be honest about my recent trip to this store. I was just looking for jeans in my size, which seemed simple enough. However, the employee who helped me was really difficult to deal with. She was short and seemed very irritable. Every time I asked something, she would roll her eyes and her tone was just rude. At one point, she muttered, "I don't get paid enough for this," and just walked away, leaving me without any help. It was a really disappointing experience. Good customer service is so important, and it just wasnāt there.
