I usually try to give balanced reviews, but I have to be honest about my recent trip to this store. I was just looking for jeans in my size, which seemed simple enough. However, the employee who helped me was really difficult to deal with. She was short and seemed very irritable. Every time I asked something, she would roll her eyes and her tone was just rude. At one point, she muttered, "I don't get paid enough for this," and just walked away, leaving me without any help. It was a really disappointing experience. Good customer service is so important, and it just wasn’t there.

I think it’s time for a new manager in this store, because I have never met someone so rude and so downgrading. Angelica (the store manager) is very rude and unkind and my experience there sucked. The other workers were all very sweet and kind all but Angelica. I will be informing all my friends that when they shop there to avoid her at all cost because the way she treated me was so awful I even called my friend in tears walking out of the store because her nasty looks she gave me, her tone of voice, and above all the way the talked to me.
