I stood online for 25 minutes watching 2-3 employees stand around doing nothing. I got up there to find out that the chicken was still cooking. I was offered a different chicken, asked for the ingredients, was told they're was pineapple, I Said I was allergic to pineapple, and was told there wasn't very much in there! I politely explained a little is too much and that is get all my other parts of my bowl and come back for the chicken. I was told no-that they had to do it all at the same time and she'd come find me. My party found tables and we cleaned them ourselves. I watched a young man take the chicken off the grill, put it in a bucket next to where it was to be chopped up, then left. Quote a few minutes later, after looking around, the girl on the line started chopping up chicken. She FINELY chopped that chicken and put approx 1/4 cup in my bowl. I explained that it wasn't enough and she said it was 4 ounces - it was not! I just had her add the rest of the ingredients and bowl was only half filled... Very much less than anyone else's bowl on the line. But my friends were almost done eating so I decided to let it go. Paid- no discount or apology for the 10 minute wait for chicken. Went to get a fork... There were none. Asked the guy for a fork. He said they were "over there". Ya, I know, it's empty. He went over to check, found it empty, cleaned up the station, stacked the lids that we're strewn about, placed the spoons and forks laying on the counter back in the buckets assuming they were clean, wiped down the counter, then told me he'd be right back. 5 orders went through the cash register before he came back and then hamded me a fork... Holding the tines with his bare hands. I'm not a germaphobe, so whatever. I understand being busy. I do not understand the lack of customer service and lack of food handlers protocols being followed. The Prescott Valley location never has these issues... Maybe get some management...
Read moreHello, I was there Saturday for lunch between 12:30 p.m. & 1:15 p.m. and I want you to watch that girl w/glasses & short hair who changes food containers when get empty. She will poison anybody for $200 to $300 cash. She was trying to temper my food before with grilled bell pepper & onions item but I use to let couple customers go, so she was cautious. Than yesterday she had top of the cheese container with some drug mixed with cheese & that must be provided by one of the two Black young man working there yesterday. Since I wrote about in tweet that 18 yrs. old kid should not have punched policeman otherwise police would not have shot him. The drug they used make you wake up after 3 to4 hrs at knight & you feel your hands get real tight. There was a punk by the name Gary Nandwani of Nandwani custom tailors in Memphis, TN. This punk made it to America with 10 cents in his pocket & no two words of English since he was adopted by American form Banglore, India. Since he came to America he joined Black criminal group & doing crimes on all Asian communities for Auto Accidents, House & Business burglaries. He burglarize my business twice in Memphis, TN. So I reported to F.B.I. & he did not like that. So he is trying to poison me using different people. His group is Black cap. I don't know that he hired that girl with glasses or somebody his enemy group but if you give tempered cheese from the top & other people don't get effected afterwards than it won't effect them & that was the plan. Since I am paying cash from my pocket none of these S.O.B. punks have right to temper my food. I am sure that they must have cheap punk S.O.B. Parent & worthless idiot punk God otherwise nobody should have trouble finding happiness with their Guts & Ability. This is just to be cautious & make sure none of these nonsence take place at your outfit. N....
Read moreMy husband has previously left a negative review on Google. On Saturday, May 17th, my husband and I came for lunch. I ordered a salad and was told there was no dressing. I heard the manager ask the kitchen staff for dressing. She never addressed me and never brought dressing out. My husband ordered a bowl, and his rice was undercooked. Before ordering chicken, I asked to sample it because it has been extremely salty in the past. It was edible, but probably still saltier than it should be. My last concern is the state of the restaurant location. The floors are sticky and grimy. Every place My eyes looked was covered in crumbs, food, and debris. We chose to take our order to go last minute due to the lack of cleanliness. Chipotle offers a unique flavor and higher quality of ingredients, which is the reason I choose to dine here. However, I simply will not eat at this location moving forward. I don't trust the sanitation efforts and the food grade. After reading reviews of the Prescott Valley location, I am not sure it's even worth a drive across town because it seems there are the same complaints and issues at that location. It's pretty weird and frankly sad. Is this a problem across the board? Or is it due to lack of good help? We have spent approximately $160 in the last 3 months after checking our bank statements, and none of the food has been up to the standards we are used to. I've been eating Chipotle for 22 years. Thank you for your attention to...
