Jamba — Restaurant in Prescott

I had an awful experience at Jamba Juice. First off, we had to do two separate transactions because they haven’t integrated the Jamba and Cinnabon systems. We waited 20 minutes just to get our order taken, and another 40 minutes to finally get our drinks. To make matters worse, they made our order before a couple who was three people ahead of us in line. And the place wasn’t even busy—there were only about five people waiting in total. It really is sad that the management here is so awful. There's a woman named Debbie who has only been awful and rude whenever I've come across her. You've lost a customer until her attitude is dealt with. I would understand if it was a one time issue, we all have bad days, but that woman is continuously nasty. Most times I go for a fresh orange juice and there’s always an excuse for not using the machine. Or they are out of oranges, or they will tell you that the machine is broken which I would totally understand if the issues were not most days. One time they even told me that they were almost closed when it was 7:54 pm and they closing hours are 9 pm every day. 2 stars only because the drinks have good quality.
