Tried purchasing a birthday gift card at the Prescott Cinnabon. After a bit of confusion, the counter person ( very friendly ) said they were having problems with them & therefore were not selling them there. He suggested I go to the website & purchase a gift card there. I did so & on my wife's birthday, we took the gift card (minimum $25 card) to Prescott Cinnabon & the young lady ( again very pleasant) was unable to charge our purchase to the gift card. She mentioned it may be because the Cinnabon is owned by the Jamba Juice owner & "they are not really a Cinnabon ! "We went ahead & purchased 2 Cinnabons anyway. We also tried to use a birthday coupon Cinnabon sent my wife for her birthday for a free coffee. Nope, we couldn't use that either. Happy Birthday ! Hmm...Cinnabon on storefront & everywhere else in the store, but will not take corporate purchased gift cards or coupon for free birthday coffee. . AMAZING ! How unfair to the consumer who loves Cinnabons like us. There are no signs stating this in the store or on Cinnabon website. What a rip off. Cinnabon even refused to answer a BBB complaint. I will NEVER buy here again unless owners/manager responds to this complaint. I am not an unreasonable person & can bend with most things , but this...
Read moreOrdered a mochalotta chill and an oreo cookie chill. We were told corporate is cutting corners and she did not have the proper lid to fit the cup. There was no whipped cream or cinnamon on the mochalotta chill. She put runny whipped cream on the oreo but no cookie pieces and the lid didnt fit so it was just sitting loose. We also got a 6 pack regular rolls. The box she gave us were extremely dry looking and hardly any icing. Definitely did not look like the ones sitting for sale as singles. $32 for incorrectly made drinks and nasty rolls. It's unprofessional to blame corporate for drinks that were not made right. Probably lack of training. Make sure people are getting what you're advertising in...
Read moreOur cinnamon roll was beyond delicious! My daughter and I shared the large one and added the pecan caramel upgrade. Not that it needed more sugar on it but the pecans made it extra extra! I actually misunderstood what the guy meant, I just wanted nuts added but there is some upgrade to the roll with both added. The guy at the front counter, who took our order, needs a little pep in his step, but the rest of the employees seemed great and seemed to understand customer service. We stayed there for a while watching them make the rolls! It was actually really fun for my daughter to see them do that and she was so excited by it! The whole concept is very open and visible. The space is shared between...
