My husband and I were in the area to run an errand and I told him there were some pieces at Bella Furnishings that he may like. We made a quick stop before we had to go home to let our puppy out of his crate. There was a lady (the owner I believe) who was speaking to someone who acknowledged us and I said I was just wanting to show my husband some things I saw the other day. My husband didn't say anything (his mind was probably on our puppy), the person that acknowledged us started giving my husband dirty looks as we walked around the store, maybe because I did the talking, I don't know but this was happening the whole time we were there so on the way home I told my husband I don't want to buy from someone who is rude like that to potential customers. They aren't doing me any favors, there are other businesses that don't give their own customers dirty looks and make them feel uncomfortable...

When nicely giving feedback to rep Sandy that the circumstances of undelivered promised parts to my new chairs were understandable but the manner of communication ( lots of excuses, no regret or apology for the inconvenience) was disappointing she hung up on me. Owners Lisa and Cam are great to work with, no pressure, greaf people skills, and they know their products and you can't help wanting to do business with them.
