Absolutely ruined my tungsten carbide dog tags! I wanted engraved sayings for my children. They didn’t have the font I wanted so I settled simply to have it done. They told me they could get the job done, when I picked up my tags they were so lightly engraved that I cannot see the lettering. After finally finding the right angle directly under a light, I could see the crooked, mid-spaced, and uneven lettering. Then the customer service when addressed about the issue was nonchalant and careless with a statement that isn’t worth restating.
