Poor service all around! I asked to be seated on the patio. Upon arriving at my table (I was the only one out there) I noticed a dirty ten top table. I arrived during the last segment of pregame before the commercial before kickoff of NYG NYJ preseason game 1, a night in which there are 10 NFL games on as it's the first night of preseason and that's the reason I came to this place, watch football games!
Okay so quite a while passed, 13:35 remaining in the first quarter when the busser cleaning the ten top asked if I had been helped. I told him I had not and my 3 year old needed a booster seat.
10:29 left, the ten top was sat. A few moments later I was brought a booster, whoever brought it had bigger fish to fry. He went ahead and grabbed food and beverage order for said ten top. Finally a young female server came to ask if I had been helped only to just ask what I wanted and I was ready to order yet.
After I placed my order, I noticed all the other preseason football games that were scattered on the TV's were all programmed to the Packers game. I get it, were in Wisconsin... But I asked management anyway to change just one tv out there to another game, any game, since it's the first day of football and I would enjoy watching multiple games, AKA that's why you go to BDUBs.
After changing one tv, but having to change it back because it changed a tv the ten top was watching eye roll emoji, I was told that putting another game on a different tv was just not possible. Mind you there were 10 back to back TV's out there, and if my review serves right, that's enough to watch each preseason game that was on this evening!
I finally got a hold of the ten tops server so I could get a box and the check, which took another 5 minutes to produce, only to wait another 5 for the credit card to get picked up. When I left through the restaurant, I notified how empty it was and when I walked by the front door could here managers saying a few employees were being "cut", only providing more evidence as to how slow the evening had been for the business.

My husband and I decided to give them another chance since we had nothing but bad experiences when we have gone to the actual establishment. I ordered our food online at 6:13 pm and received a confirmation email saying our food would be ready for pick up at 6:50. I thought I was a decent wait time knowing that I placed it online and take out so we wouldn’t have to dine in. My husband goes to pick up our food at 6:56 and is told our food is not ready. And when he asks the girl working the front counter she said she can’t check if they are working on it but that the only 2 people working are managers and they are cooking all the orders. He called me and told me what the girl said to him I then asked him did they could let us know when we can come back for our food ? She said they had no way of communication with the cooks and she didn’t know. So he then proceeded to come home and wait, I tried calling them back before he left home again to see if our food was ready. I was put on hold for over 5 minutes the FIRST TIME I CALLED. I called again and it was like my call was being ignored and forwarded to a voicemail. After calling back another 5 times I finally had someone pick up and when I asked if I could check on the status of my order she said okay hold up and before I could even say the name of the order she put me on hold AGAIN FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES. So I call back and mind you this is already 8:02 pm she finally answers and I just spill out the name order before she tried to tell me again to hold, she tells me my food is ready. My husband gets are food gets home and the food is cold and feels like it was sitting under a heat lamp for a while and was dried out. We understand short staffed as my husband and myself have worked in the industry. However, we sat down and had to seek out a server after 20 min to even place our order. We got in at around 930 with a party of 7. House was pretty dead. We were surprised how slow they were being the night of Racine Graduation.
Food and drink came out with good timing and it was just a sinking ship after that.
One of the guests asked to have their wings reheated cause they were cold. 30 minutes later we had to seek out a server because he still didn't get his wings back and our server was sitting at the table with other servers for 20 min. When asked, the manager complained to us that none of her servers wanted to do anything. And then later told us that everyone had a right to eat.
They were turning away folks at 10pm, saying it was over a half an hour wait, but not being nice about it. Again, the house wasn't even half full, and the point here isn't that they were turning people away, but the manner they were turning them away. Not the best customer service.
When we finally got the wings the rest of us were done eating. We then received the check. Which wasn't split and we didn't bother asking since they seemed overwhelmed with the few tables being served.
again, we know, we worked it, we understand, but this was some of the worst, most rude service we have ever experienced.
Might want to check the racine location. The poor management and staff is really having an impact on the customer...
