Me and my girlfriend decided to go shopping for a promise/pre-engagement ring to celebrate a milestone in our relationship and after some "interesting" choices at other stores we decided to "just look" for rings at this Kay. Angela was the first one to help us and had the most superior service and welcoming energy. She really took her time and was incredibly gentle with our weird requests and silly questions. We really felt welcome and safe in asking questions and wanting to see this ring and that ring and the other one too and this one again, she got them all without any complaint and just continued to really engage with us and actually TEACH us about the ring's quality materials and origin. She even showed us some very creative combinations with different rings and bands. She is a VERY knowledgeful and helpful person and an incredibly warm and kind person. She goes the extra steps and has more patience than I would with us! She also made financing super easy it was done in 3 minutes and we got approved for a good bit. The selection is awesome and the rings are really pretty as well! We settled on a Leo band and couldn't be happier with our choices. I got my fiancés engagement ring here and Derrick was the most helpful person I could’ve ever asked for. He dealt with my back and forth and my difficulty with ease while I was trying to find the right ring for the proposal. I really can’t speak highly enough about Derrick. He’s very helpful, very personal, and tries his best to connect with you to make sure you feel good about what you’re getting. My husband and I bought my wedding band from this location. The sales reps were very helpful. They had a great selection at decent prices compared to where we got my engagement ring. I recently returned to have my band resized. I don't remember the name of the rep that assisted me but while there, I asked about enhancers and wraps. She was more than happy to show me their selection and tell me about the redesigning events they have.
