Captain Cookie & the Milk Man — Local services in Raleigh

Whoever you had working the night of Tuesday February 27th had probably the worst attitude I have ever encountered in the service industry.

when we arrived at about 8:15 p.m. she was nowhere to be found, thinking she was probably in the back as the place didn't close till 9:00 p.m., we began looking at the menu. she comes from the back a few minutes later and rips a note off the front of the ice cream case glass that we hadn't noticed.

Her body language was very clear that she was not happy that we were there, She did not address when she came from the bank . She had airpods in her ears and she began cleaning the counters. We asked her what she recommends multiple times with no response. She didn't make any suggestions to my friend when asked what she likes and just scoffs at the idea.

So at this point I had every intention on leaving but whatever I ordered my ice cream sandwich she slaps it together and then proceeds to throw it on the counter next to the register a couple feet away.

with all that said, the cookies and the ice cream were pretty good. I had the peanut butter and butter pecan...

Perfectly delicious ice cream sandwich!

I ordered and ice cream sandwich and this wonderful woman loaded me up! She put that first scoop of ice cream on the cookie and I was thinking "looking good!" Then the second scoop was put on it. I was excited! Then she went for a third scoop, I about died. She doesn't hold back on the ice cream. Then, she knows her clients well "you need a spoon?" Well, I didn't think I did but looking at this monstrous ice cream sandwich, I probably need one.

She was right. I needed that spoon. That ice cream sandwich was pure perfection. I mean, you can't go wrong building you're own ice cream sandwich.

Just saying....

Sunday, 3/3, 2:30pm….worst service ever. Girl behind the counter had a horrible attitude. Her whole approach was off putting. We would’ve left had we not been with our kid. We wanted to order a milkshake, her response: “yea no we’re not making milkshakes right now”. Kind of believe she just didn’t want to make one. Then when we ordered cookies she proceeded to grab them toss them in the container and basically throw them across the counter. And still has the audacity to show me the screen asking for tips. Oh but her friends show up and her whole demeanor changes. Your employees are a reflection of you and your business....
