42 Degrees Cannabis Dispensary — Local services in Ralston

Went here last Friday to scope out their edibles. Liv greeted me with a huge smile and a great upbeat positive attitude and held open the door while I walked in! She was instantly occupied by another customer so Luke (I really hope that is his name because I’m terrible with names! Please correct me if it is not and I’ll be sure to edit my review!) jumped in and asked me how he could help, and how my day was going. His demeanor was kind, happy and knowledgeable about the merchandise that I was scoping out. He did try to pitch me for stuff I wasn’t trying to buy, as any decent person in retail does, but it was not pushy and when I declined he remained more than pleasant! We continued to talk about different products and their pros and cons. Liv jumped in and joined the conversation once she was no longer occupied and added so much more to the conversation! One thing is for sure, these two love their jobs and the company they work for! This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a shop like this! Keep up the good work guys!

I have been shopping at 42 degrees for several years now and have spent a lot of money with them, but my recent 2 experiences have not been good. I will say, customer service has always been great. My most recent issue is with a product they sale called (Quick Fix) I will let you guys research the products use as this is not the place to expose that information. The issue is, the product just don't work. After 2 failed attempts with it I called the company directly and they informed me that they never sale their product in retail stores and only guarantee their products if they are directly purchased through their website. They said their is currently an active scam alert on this product as retailers are selling fake versions of it that cause a false reading. Please do your research before you invest your money. Great customer service. I have been to most Omaha dispensaries and this specific 42degrees has the best flower in town. They don’t have a bunch of junk . Small shop filled with high quality and albeit some high prices but you get what you pay for here . They babe the strongest single shot of kratom as well. I judge each dispensary by thier flower .
