This has happened several times at this location. This is the gel x French tip with gel polish and manicure add on. The pictures speak for themselves honestly, the white part doesn’t even go up to the nail bed. I paid 165 for nails and toes. They refused a refund and offered to fix some of the nails but not all. I asked them to remove them all, no charge. If I wanted them redone they said I would have to pay. My manicurist was Kimberly and a male the second time this happened. She cut me 7 times, one of them is infected and painful. The underside is sticky and gets super dirty, there is excess product so it feels like you have something underneath your nails at all times. Every cuticle is cut and flooded & bubbly so it looks like I’m wearing stick-on nails. The polish on top has bubbles and fuzzies in them so they are bumpy. They refused refund and the font desk lady did not care at all about the work she proceeded to get on the phone to call the manicurist and laugh about the situation. When I showed her these exact nails she said she didn’t see a problem. Very unprofessional. Nice looking salon but terrible service if someone messes up your luxury service. This happened more than one time is why I’m leaving a review. Idk if you cut someone 7 times wouldn’t you offer a refund at that point? Last photos are of the removal AFTER I filed them since they also did a terrible job with removal, and cut me again! She used a grinder tool to remove them, which shouldn’t be used on natural nails, a buffer tool and 100 grit file should be used and you should be GENTLE. Hello? She used the file you use on acrylics which is a much higher grit…now I’m left with extremely painful thin nail beds. & they laughed and spoke in Vietnamese, probably talking shi- the entire time of the removal but who cares…How embarrassing honestly. Terrible experience. Don’t come here if you want good service and nice nails. The only manicurist here that does a fantastic job every time is Samantha. Each time I visit this Nail Spa, I am always amazed by the wonderful experience I have. My expectations are consistently exceeded, and I find the atmosphere to be incredibly tranquil, soothing, and aesthetically pleasing. The staff members always greet you warmly and are extremely friendly, making you feel right at home. My most recent visit was absolutely perfect, all thanks to Ricky and Steven who took care of my manicure and pedicure. Ricky was remarkably patient with me, handling my hands with great care and precision, ensuring that my design turned out just the way I wanted it. I am truly thankful for his dedication. Steven did an outstanding job with my pedicure, taking his time to ensure everything was done perfectly. I am grateful for his attention to detail. Hands down the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. These technicians are so unbelievably rude. My nail tech (they told me her name was Julianna) wouldn’t even speak to me. I don’t really like to hold full on conversations with my tech while I’m getting my nails done, but when I ask a question about my nails not being matte but glossy, and you walk away. That is COMPLETELY unprofessional. She didn’t even tell me my nails were done. She just stood up, turned the light off, and walked away. I had higher expectations from this salon. My sister who was in the chair next to me also had a terrible experience. Her nail tech was evidently at someone else’s station. Whoever’s station it was come up multiple times and interrupted her to berate her about being at her station. Even going so far as hitting her with one of the drawers at the station. When she was told to be there by the manager. Such appalling behavior by coworkers. They also tried to make me pay for drinks that were supposed to be complimentary. The manager was openly gossiping about the other workers there. Disgusting. The worst atmosphere I have ever been in at a salon. If I had gotten the work that I had asked for this wouldn’t have been a problem. Every single nail has a dent. I literally left the salon like this. Not to mention while I was sitting there two other women came in to complain about nails they got done a few days ago. The gel had FALLEN COMPLETELY OFF!
