Talk to corporate over a representative telling me to go to this site walking me threw to change my password.Due to this now I'm out of a laptop I just bought 2 weeks ago.Tier 2 the Gentleman was very nice it's sad that Microsoft won't help by helping me get a nother laptop over a tech at Microsoft NOT KNOWING WHAT HE WAS DOING AND NOW MY LAP TOP IS NO GOOD.Sad that Microsoft don't stand by rules and persecuted the customer has to pay for windows misstake!!!!im happy Microsoft is a million dollar corporation and can't stand by a customer that isn't able to purchase a nother laptop.Would have been fine except for Ryan having me change my...

RTC B5 has a few things going for it such as the nice cafeteria, and a coffee shop that makes a decent chemex, but it doesn't have 3 race cars parked in the lobby like B6 does, so it's pretty hard to give it full marks...
