first time here last night we went as a group for a birthday. firstly, the hostess was very nice and fun. hands down to her. our cook was not so much. very bland personality. the liquid marijuana drink was a flop for us. the pina colada was good but very sweet. shrimp and lobster plate is way over priced the meat was really good but the proportion you get for $60 was not worth it. nobody liked the fried rice. My suggestion is don’t pay for the upgrade. It’s not worth it. That was extremely disappointing.. i didn’t care for their vegetable mix they could do better it’s a lot of zucchini and onions it would be nice to have some carrots and potatoes to separate that. The brussels sprouts are kind of a weird add-on. 2 people in the party complained about the chicken. said theydid not like it and another person complained that they can cook better and that this place was just OK, but not impressed at all. I have to agree with her. The fried rice was extremely disappointing. You might as well order white rice. It’s not worth the price to upgrade.. It really wasn’t anything special.i absolutely hated that they charge you $15 if you want to share a plate even if it’s the kid plate. i asked why they do that because it is absurd and her answer was “it’s just our rule” crazy! i also didn’t like that they add an automatic 20% gratuity to the bill. it should be my choice how much to tip not yours. the italian soda was good but at $9 a drink for a small glass was a rip off. their soup and salad are terrible! my bill was $252 after $25 in tax and the $50 gratuity they added my bill was $327 for 3 adult plates and 2 kids plates and 2 italian sodas and 2 alcohol drinks and a soda. oh btw the soda is $5 and so is lemonade. overall it was just ok for us and we won’t be back but we did see an indian restaurant on the lower floor we are going to try. i didn’t take photos of the food as i didn’t feel it was anything special. they need to add a star for pricing bc mine would have been a 1 star. there are way better spots out there for the price. adult plates started over $30 kids...

We embarked on an exhilarating Friday evening adventure to Fuji Steak House, brimming with anticipation. Without a reservation, we entered, half-expecting disappointment, only to be pleasantly surprised. The gracious staff swiftly arranged a table for us alongside six other lively souls, igniting a sense of camaraderie and shared delight.
While teppanyaki undoubtedly steals the limelight here, it's worth noting that Fuji Steak House caters to diverse palates, offering alternative culinary journeys for the discerning epicurean.
For connoisseurs of teppanyaki, the familiar crescendo of excitement unfolds. The extensive menu beckons, promising an enticing array of tantalizing choices featuring an exquisite medley of terrestrial and aquatic proteins.
The teppanyaki affair commences in earnest, accompanied by a delightful ensemble of accompaniments: fragrant white rice or delectably savory fried rice, a soul-soothing soup, and a petite salad that tickles the taste buds. But the true spectacle lies in the chef's performance—a mesmerizing showcase of dexterity and flair. Utensils pirouette through the air, eggs are caught with sublime precision, and an egg defies gravity, soaring skyward before being elegantly cleaved in twain by a swift spatula. Behold the enchanting pyrotechnics of flaming onion volcanos, dancing flames casting an otherworldly glow.
Enveloped in a whirlwind of entertainment, we found ourselves thoroughly captivated, our senses heightened. And amidst the spectacle, let us not forget the gastronomic treasures that awaited. The food, a worthy co-star, surpassed our expectations, delivering flavors that delighted and satisfied.
In retrospect, our escapade to Fuji Steak House proved to be an unforgettable soiree, a harmonious fusion of entertainment and...
Read moreSadly this place is one of the largest dining disasters and rip offs there is, probably outside of South Beach, Miami. This place will not last long. Where to begin? At the door there was no host to be seen. Other groups were waiting in front of us and someone even went to go find help; his family was getting impatient. Someone finally came and he was as white as can be, which is a major red flag at a Japanese steakhouse. The resturaunt is big, but it was half empty which is a concern before 8 on a Friday night. We had reservations and us and another group after us were seated together, before the family that was waiting before us. I felt bad for them. Between the 7 in our two groups that were being seated, we were led to seats crammed into space only enough for 6 people. They tried to cram two seats into the corner of the table. We told the host that there was not enough room for all of us, and he was rather abrupt. Not a good start.
Now to the dining. The cook was pretty nice and awesome and had some fun tricks on display. It is fun to watch him cook. But the portions were so small and outrageously overpriced! My dad received maybe enough steak to make a salad out of. Our included salads were almost forgotten and served halfway through our meal. Our included rice was completely forgotten until after the meal!
The 1 star goes to the cook. Everything else is terrible....
