Hurt lower left back. I called and asked if they can massage my back. They said yes. I arrived early and the lady came and asked me what number? I didn’t understand her and she pointed to a board. I said I just need my lower left back massaged. I said one hour is okay. I haven’t had a massage ever and it seemed this lady didn’t speak English. Nobody else was working. She said come and go in this room. I went in a dark room and she shut the door behind me. Didn’t say anything or tell me what to do, just pointed to the massage table. When she came in she never once spoke a word until the massage was done, she said, “ ok all done”. I never once had my lower left back massaged and was extremely disappointed! I of course was respectful and said thank you. When I went to pay I asked why my lower back wasn’t massaged and she didn’t understand me. I read reviews before coming in and I must’ve came at the worse time because that was a terrible experience, especially for my first time. I asked if they do walk-ins when I called, she said yes, and I asked for an hour massage. She said they have a client at 11:30 and might only be able to do a half hour....because she was the only staff there.

The most frustrating thing was how much she used her phone to text and call another staff member, to tell her to come in. This interrupted the massage a lot. I gave her a $7 tip at the end and she scoffed at me, giving me a dirty look...but if you keep leaving someone on the massage table for 2-3 minutes at a time about five or six times, it gets annoying. I understand this was a circumstance she was under, but I wish it was different, and it affected...
