Great facility but the worst leasing team. Hereâre the gift pack you will receive from them after move-in:
Update: The management team asked me to surveil this issue BY MYSELF and told me I was supposed to know that I would need to bear with such noise from the gym before I signed the leasing agreement. RIDICULOUS.
Bullying Prepare yourself for a delightful surprise: monthly water and electricity fees for a 1b soaring over $300 during the winter. When you inquire about this delightful surprise, brace yourself for the equally charming response from them: âWe donât know.âFollowing my discussion with one of the leasing officer in person, I went to check my mail near the leasing office. I heard other residents went to voice similar complaints about the bills. However, once the residents left, I overheard the staff gossiping about the residents coming to complains.
Financial loss During the garage re-assignment, someone parked in my stall, so the security team asked me to temporarily park in a wheel spot. I dutifully notified two leasing agents in the morning, requesting that they tow the vehicle in my spot and let me know when I could move my vehicle back. Imagine my surprise when I received a community-wide email later in the afternoon saying they were going to tow my car instead. A perfect example of how things get done around here. UnbelievableâŚ
Emotional abuse Itâs truly impressive how consistently they manage not to check their emails. Whenever you raise concerns in person, they ask you to send them via email, but you will never receive a response. Iâve sent my rental insurance to the leasing team twice per their request via email, but I keep getting notifications that they havenât received it and that Iâm at risk of violating my lease. Iâm beginning to think they must be conducting some fascinating research on email invisibility. Two ways to get their attention: 1) Talk to the manager directly and make sure itâs done on the spot, or 2) Leave a Google reviewâbecause nothing says âurgentâ like public scrutiny! Make sure to keep evidence of your conversations with them; otherwise, they might not acknowledge the...
I've been living in Verde Esterra Park for about year now and it's been really great! I currently live in a studio which is perfect since it's only me residing. The gym is nice and very convenient since it saves me some cash on memberships. Jack Sprats is a pretty cool hangout spot after work and being in an area that's near a lot of cool outdoor spots is always a plus.
The unit I'm in has all the appliances I need, and the styling is very modern and clean. The ceiling is also pretty high which makes this unit very roomy despite being a studio! The courtyard area is also really nice as well, and it's a cool spot to relax in when it's not raining. The barbecue areas are also really nice (one of them has a great view of Bellevue), as well as the lounge areas.
The staff have been really friendly and helpful throughout my time here, actually even before I moved in, they gave me a great tour of the place, and since it was cheaper than other areas (and relatively close to my new job) it was a no brainer.
They've also helped me greatly with some inconveniences Just this week I had a package delivered from FedEx to the Luxor One locker rooms, I got the notification that it arrived, and when I got home from work I come to find out that the package wasn't in the designated locker. I contacted Luxor and I contacted FedEx, but they weren't able to solve the problem in a timely manner.
After speaking with the leasing office they told me that they'd be able to do a locker audit but it would take some time and they'd contact me if they found anything no later than the next day. I figured that'd be the case since there's two locker rooms, but in an hour or so, they got in contact with me with some really good news! They were able to track my missing package without too much trouble, turns out FedEx never communicated with the staff that they put the package in another locker when the courier couldn't fit it in the original locker.
They've also been really nice answering general questions I've had regarding parking permits, leasing, etc.
All in all, I've had a wonderful experience here. There's a few annoyances here and there, like people letting their doors slam when leaving/entering their units even in the early/late hours; but nothing that makes me want to just pack up and leave
I highly recommend this place, again big shout out to the leasing office staff, they're all very kind...

Updates for details + another criminal incident happened:
In August 2024: Our storage unit (pay monthly) in the storage room at the apartment was broken into by theft(s). The only person who responded to our message was a staff from their maintenance team. He explained that only people who can access the storage room were those who were given access to, those who pay for the storage monthly. The thing is that morning when we found out it was broken thereâs no other storage units used in that storage room on the 12th floor. When we asked for any surveillance footage, no one can provide that, simply because they only have 1 surveillance camera installed in front of the elevator on every floor. Nothing in front of the storage room door/entrance nor inside the storage room itself. They canât even track who goes into the storage room.
In December 2024: Our car on the reserved spot (pay monthly) in the apartment garage has been broken into. Within this year only we heard as well as notified that there were several break-ins happened in the garage. And again, no surveillance camera installed in crucial areas, e.g. near the garage door or in the garage itself, even after so many break-ins happened and reported by residents. Instead, the management blamed the victims that they shouldnât have had store something valuable inside the cars. I canât speak for other residents. But in my case, I only have a Costco blanket in the car that I usually use while driving, nothing valuable, and still got broken in.
Every time crime happens in the building the management basically always say that itâs not their responsibility, call the police, call your insurance. We know that we need to call police and insurance company. But the management also needs to be held accountable for their lack of providing basic security in their property for their residents, some preventative actions, and post-crime actions to help the victims, and ensure that the crimes wonât happen again in...
