My 16 year old daughter purchased a $32 gold wave necklace a couple of days ago from here. She began to notice that the necklace was turning silver. We went back to the store three days after her purchase to show the necklace and to get a refund. The employee that we spoke to was very dismissive to my daughter. Basically, she told us that the necklace was gold plated and the gold can wear off at any time for a variety of reasons, such as exposure to water, your body’s chemistry, sunscreen and so on. However, this was not brought to our attention before making this purchase. My daughter then asked for her money back and she was told that there was nothing that the store could do. I also asked for a refund and was told the same nonsense as my daughter. In my opinion, this is a poor business practice and we will not support your store at all. Sadly I absolutely loved this place, and have bought several things from here.... until tonight.... I made a 79.00 purchase on July 13... 2 weeks ago, today .... however it broke 😢 on the day I bought it... since I work full time plus, and never dreamed there would be an issue....I was able to come back 14 days later, only to be told that I had to pay to fix it... ( the allowed time per the receipt is 15 days) the young girls behind the counter were both looking at their phones and counting to tell me it had been too long for any credit at all .... then when I said I would just call in morning, their response only made the experience worse. For the record, this is my very first bad review... I’m truly sorry, I really loved...
