Has a Great experience with Bri winning. Ring Doorbell Pro in one of the games as much prize. I took it to the front and they did not have it, Although they checked they took my information down. And Bri contacted my promptly the next business day. And has the doorbell sent same day. And was very accommodating when it turned out to be one that was wired and I needed the wireless She went above and beyond too Let me return it to Amazon and send out the wireless pro ASAP. She was so nice, I mean just incredibly kind to me. She made it seem like it wasn't a hassle or anything it was just happy to help and get the prize to me. We had a wonderful repore. She kept me updated every step of the way. It was super exciting to win such a big prize, I just did like a $25 card and it's upgrade for a couple dollars more. It was really cool to win the prize and know that you win a big prize on in those games. And have them them in particular Bri so on top of making sure I got my prize. It met a ton and she was again such a nice person and a join to communicate with. Definitely recommend this arcade because you can actually win big prizes there and They put forth every effort to make sure you get what you win. Thank you Bri and to Zelkys.

PS about 2 years ago and also Beats Headphones on another game. So I really trust this arcade when it comes to having a shot at winning big prizes and they had that prize in stock. Super easy I just filled out a forum and got it right away. So I really love going there and shooting my shot and just having a good time :)

I have been awarded MD, Mid-Atlantic & Inter-Continental award for wining ARCADE games. My 3 year old and I went to both locations in Delaware & you all must know ALL machines are rigged & when we spent 2 hours &. $363 to be exact, we walked out with a damn lollipop. No one, no one, I mean no o one, walked out of this horrible gimmick place & they are using little children to lure parents & their money only to reward little kids with NOTHING since ALL machines are rigged & you can’t win. As a CEO a top 100 industry in US , I will be filling formal complaint against ALL of their locations and surely, one state & hopefully federal regulators that myself & my lawyer will file a formal complaint with SE state gaming commission & will be involving every single agency, so that they can inspect every single un-rewarding & rigged machines they have operating in DE. In the meantime, DO NOT go there - staff is unfriendly & they really are unfriendly when you confront them, since they know what they’re doing could be illegal & my lawyer will be looking into the bottom of this all the way through. Keep your money & don’t make kids cry since no one can win there. Again, $363 & 3 hours, no one, I mean no one walked out with any prizes. Oh, just an FYI, a Five Below Elsa fake toy will cost you over 250,000 of their stupid rewards to get. Don’t go there & wait to hear about this...

Been there the last 2 days, and both days I've had a whole bunch of points off just one machine! Yesterday I had 20k points, today I had 40k points, again, all from one machine. Its a good arcade to brings kids with good prizes for children as well. Some games malfunction, but if you bring it to the attendants attention, they promptly refund you the price of the game that malfunctioned. The only troublesome experience i had was today, when we had enough points to get 3 large rubber duckies, but wanted to exchange the traditional colors for the sparkly ducks that were inside the machine. The guy who initially helped us told us, "im sorry, but we can't exchange with ones that are in the machine." On our way out, coincidentally the machine with the rubber duckies was open, and the attendant was fixing something, so we asked him if we could exchange for the sparkly ducks and he said "absolutely!
