(Posting under my spouses name)I went here to just look at the jewelry and as I was walking around admiring the sparkle of each item. An employee walked up to me and asked if I would like to look at anything. After asking to look at several items I told her I wished my ring sparkled as much as the ones in the box. She then asked me if I would like my ring cleaned. My initial thought was how much it cost she then explained it was free and I was ecstatic. 4 mins later she came back with my ring sparkling just how I remembered it when my husband first proposed to me. I later returned because I had a good experience and this time the manager of the store was helping us look at items. I explained to him how my ring cannot get smaller because the company I bought if from said that it wasn't possible. You can imagine my excitement when he informed me that it was possible and that he could do it and have it back to me the next day. Within less than 24 hours I got my ring back almost 2 sizes smaller and just as beautiful as ever. My ring is also white gold and the yellow in the ring was starting to show itself (with a service plan this wouldn't happen but I don't have one) He made my ring back to its original white gold state and I could not be more happy.
On another note my husbands ring was also looking not super up to the par when we had originally bought it. The manager also asked us if he would like it clean. He said "sure" needless to say his ring looked great after and he was excited...
   Read morePros: They had great service and offer great benefits. For example, they did a great job explaining to me the insurance, the deals on rings and the life value they hold, etc. They were very helpful and always greeted you very kindly. The prices are alright. Some of the best in the area. The variety is what kept bringing me back. They had lots to choose from and its where I ended up selling. They also do competitive pricing if someone else offers you a better deal on a ring.
Cons: The only con I would have, which is enough for me to not want to go back and not referring people to them, would be them ordering me a new ring and not telling me that there will be no refunds on it. They told me for the engagement ring that there was 30 days refund available. I bought a mens band and had them order me it because they really did not want to sell the only one they had on stock. So I decided to be the nice guy and do that. Little did I know (without them specifying) that would make it a specialized order because they had to order something out of the store. Therefore no refunds allowed. I would have been fine if they would have told me but that one thing rubbed me the wrong way because I wanted to try and exchange it for something that fit better but could not. Make sure to be specific with every detail ordering...

My husband bought my ring 14 years ago at the Idaho Falls branch. We were excited for the closer location to be built years later. We had no problems getting it serviced UNTIL now.....
The last several years the customer service has become despicable! They started demanding I have some sort of paperwork that apparently has become the new procedure to document each service. This paperwork had never been required before.
Due to the lack of this newly required paperwork, I was made to feel belittled, unwelcome and undeserving of any sort of servicing. Begrudgingly, I was given this newly required paperwork and told to have it present any time I wanted any type of servicing.
Since we live 800 miles away and only come to visit a few times a year, it's not a document I carry on my person and can't simply run home and get.
On top of this I've been informed I should get all my servicing done from the Idaho Falls location?! Is it NOT the benefit and even a promoting point, of having multiple stores? To be able to go to the closest location to have servicing done?
If we could go back 14 years I would NOT have picked this...
