About 6 months ago, my wife and I bought a refrigerator from Sears in Rexburg. Two months later, it died. We had it replaced (a process that took Sears two months to accomplish). Two months later, this refrigerator died. Sears wanted to run us around the same process as before and we decided to demand a refund and took our business to Bingham and Sons. WE ARE EXTREMELY SATISFIED!!!
Binghams was able to get us a new refrigerator with more storage space than anything Sears had to offer for almost $200 less. When I asked them about when they could deliver it, we were told that they were booked until about Thursday (it was Saturday), but they offered to squeeze us in on Monday evening!
Monday rolled around, and Binghams was there, just as they had promised. They two men that came to deliver the refrigerator were very friendly and got things set up in half the time Sears could. I heard about Binghams from my parents. They have purchased dishwashers, mattresses, etc. All of the things that they have bought from them has lasted for years.
So, here is my advise: don't waste your time with Sears. Bingham and Sons is far superior. I am going to always go to them for appliances from now on. Thank you...

Bingham and sons came to take a look and have determined that it was a brand new fitting that they installed that failed but they will not stand behind it. Not only that, but after they messed with the fitting it began leaking even worse than before and has caused even more damage. I am completely disgusted that they refuse to do the right thing and stand behind their product or least offer to help with the cost...
