ALDI — Local services in Rich Township

Aldi's products are high quality that's why I shop there but this particular location compared to the one in Tinley Park is lacking products that are better for your health I have noticed that they ran out the only Turkey breast brand that doesn't have too much in it, also there's a brand of bread that has 0 calories and keto friendly and I haven't found that here, coconut yogurt I haven't found that here either and if they have it they definitely don't have enough because I have never seen it here at this location. There was a very nice lady working here and she's always pleasant she's been there forever now but today there was a young lady at the cashier and she just threw everything in the cart, apples on top of the bagged lettuce, yogurt fell in the floor and seemed very irritated, she was also by herself I didn't see any other employee at the store I'm sure there was someone else but only she was visible, so please I suggest more support to the employees so that they have a better attitude and train them better I've seen the manager at Tinley trained the new employees and she teach them how to place the items even corrected one time someone that said: "I'll just throw the items in the cart" the manager said: gently placed!!! So I understand the young girl at the cashier because she seemed to be by herself but I have smashed lettuces now and have to wipe...

For the most part the store was clean with the exception of a shattered candle jar in the back of the store, and near the back entrance where employees are consistently going in and out no less, on the floor that NOBODY bothered to clean up. Nothing like having glass scattered all over the floor to slip on. Did not conversate with the employees, they might be friendly people, but in just looking at the ones at the register they had this stone look on their face like they didn't want to be there. When I checked out the lady with glasses on did not say "hello, how are you?" or anything of the sort. She didn't say anything at all actually. She did have enough energy to toss things in the cart, (as just about all Aldi register employees do) but this woman decided to toss heavy items on fragile items. THAT was annoying. No "my fault" or "my bad" or "sorry about that". Just kept tossing. I took of few of the heavy items she was about to toss in the cart from her as she rang them up while at the same time moving a few items around in the cart. I'll just say that the other Aldi's I've been too west of this one are a little more careful and just as fast. But... unfortunately it...

Cashier assumed I didn't pay for my shopping bags because they "looked too new" I said to him "I take very good care of my things" although the bags I have are no longer sold in the store or they were out (because all I saw were paper bags) they (cashier) were still very courteous and it didn't escalate very far but the cashier argued with me about when, whom, where and how I could have purchased the bags, however once I explained that I had previously purchased them, they should have given me the benefit of the doubt with his lack of evidence. If .69 is that important to the company, run the tape back so you can prove yourself correctly. The cashier told me to also remove the tags. My suggestion is that YOU remove the tags during checkout 👌🏾 what I do what my bags after I purchase I them is not your business.

Today, the meat selection was fresh, but the produce was depleted due to today being a government benefits day.
