Disappointed! Salesman Brennen, that waited on me was too busy and pushed me through to get to next possible buyer. I asked for trainee to help me set up watch as technology Greek to me, but needed. They said she was observing the workers, but she went over to help another client. Verizon sales people need to be aware of their audience and adjust accordingly to each customer. I bought a phone there 2 weeks ago and agreed to the watch. Was not contacted and advised watch was available for pickup...finally I had to go to them and then was not shown anything about what it is able to do or shown how it even works. NOT allowing time for the complete satisfaction of the current sale and ensuring the customer has no questions was so weak and not positive customer service. Another worker or Manager was in back and didn't timely respond to assist salesperson in main part of store....weak team unity to satisfy customer service needs. I walked out wishing that I had never went to Verizon and in stead...

First off customer service was great once walking in the building. Erick assisted me the rest of the time being. I will be back for future services. Thank you again...
