Second time I've been in the drive- thru since the manager " Belen" is working and both times after she takes my money she asks me to pull around into the parking area. However, if one knows the BK set up on George Washington Way they would know it's not designed to just pull into the parking lot but rather there is a right turn only sign pulling out of the drive-thru with a light at an intersection which then leads to another light and another intersection before I could just "pull into the parking lot". Also George Washington Way is heavily trafficked so it takes time to even get out of the drive-thru. This is a huge inconvenience and not only takes time away from the customer but extra gas too! Nonetheless, I refused the time before and refused this time again. However this Belen not manager material proceeds to tell me that she is on a timer and I don't have to be rude then shuts the window on me before I receive my food! I don't feel it is rude to explain that it is not feasible for me to just " pull into the parking and that she had asked me to do that the time before and I hadn't been back since, my mistake for coming back again at all, trust me when I say I will not be back a third time! Though I will be in touch with the regional manager franchise owner Pedro to report this Belen, whom clearly cannot do her job in accordance with the time allotted with the timer, and has no business in customer service as no one at any time should be called rude, even though I wasn't, doesn't matter that's not her place especially as a manager! Karma!! And loss of business good...

Got my food around 9:30 at night 12-20-23 spent $30 worth of food and was greeted by a young girl who decided to wear her resting B. face and a matching attitude to go with it. Asked me for an additional dollar for a few sauce packets. And was adamant about her position. I get some BK owners are filling for bankruptcy and need the money, but this kind of service proves more why they are filling for bankruptcy... They can't keep customers happy and coming back. This girl deciding it was necessary to ask me for more money after spending $30+ on food that was made incorrectly will end my business at this location or any location under this franchise owner. She made sure to get THAT one part of her job right. All just to make me take my business elsewhere in the future. I know you dont have to be smart to work a drive thru at BK but you should be smart enough to realize if a customer spends $30 at your location giving them some sauce packets to make their meal better or "their way" doesn't hurt the business, it actually would help it, by making sure a customer returns. Read moreStaff is great. Always clean inside the dining room. Nice and cool inside, but not freezing, which is awesome. I bring my sons here sometimes to exercise in the indoor play place when it's slow, and they don't bother me at all, even if I stay for an hour.
Below is my latest, greatest experience here: Came in with wife, 3 hyper boys, and coupons. Turns out that their computer system was down... Anyways long story they gave great service even with the trouble they were having. I wanted my bacon cheeseburgers with ONLY BBQ sauce, Bacon, cheese, and of course, the meat. I got them regular, but no big deal, I mean, they're writing all orders down on paper, and telling everyone before they order they can only take cash. They also let us use more than one coupon per order/customer, despite the coupon saying that they don't have to. So, understandable. However, wife asks for BBQ sauce, explaining politely, and she gets some sauce.
