Recently my husband Jack and I were in need of help with the air conditioning in our 2001 Dodge pickup. We were visiting Rockport and many miles from home. Jill, the manager of the Rockport store, was extremely helpful. She educated us on the uses and types of AC refrigerants. She was very thorough and then offered to assist us on installing the refrigerant into the truck that was parked in front of the store. She ended up doing the entire job. She really went above and beyond!, which is a rare thing to find these days. If she doesn't own the store, she should! She is very knowledgeable and very helpful! Parts being ordered but getting the wrong part when I pick it up is the biggest issue. Then, when i tried to order an alternator that's listed for $146 on their website, they tell me with shipping and everything else, it's over $259. Over $100 from their advertised price. Read moreThese guys are extremely helpful for the most part, we dealt with Michael earlier today and he sold us a part that fits a V8 & we spedifically told him V10. I even asked before we left if it fits the V10 and he was extremly rude and says that what it says. He also argued with me about me calling up there & said if it wasnt in their system that I didnt call. I looked it up on my phone plus it sounded just.like him.
