I have tattoos, and this is obviously a LIQUOR store not a bank, or office. Itâs a small town and yes there are judgmental people out there but itâs 2025 almost, people have gotten over tattoos. My experience of the interview was HORRIBLE. I walked in, and the lady took ONE look at me and said âI canât hire you, I mean we hire people with tattoos but not THAT manyâ I was in shock. First of all I just moved down here, secondly I was disgusted with how unprofessional she was, even me with my âtattoosâ wouldnât have acted how she did. When I said that was discrimination she proceeded to pretended like she liked my tattoos then interview me wasting my time knowing she wasnât going to hire me even when I said donât waste your time if you already have it in your mind your not gonna hire me, I proceeded to tell her I have worked for multiple jobs with all these âtattoosâ and never had any issues she said it was a retirement town and I guess people would âsay somethingâ which all I ever get is nice things said to me. Anyways, do not even try to work here the pay is horrible too. And I will be calling and making sure this lady gets in trouble that was horrible and disgusting and I am OVERLY qualified for sure, I just wanted a job to pass time. Thank...
Read moreStaff was friendly until I paid...then the manager walked up and scolded my teenage daughter about being in the store right next to me. I said "that's my daughter" to which the manager replied "it doesnt matter, it's our policy!" Then scolded the staff for letting us in without checking... funny there was no attitude until after I paid. If the policy is to try to belittle customers who are unaware of arbitrary company policy I'll spend money elsewhere. I'm sure the manager felt grate chastising her staff and my teenager for standing next to me but I dont appreciate it. I'm sure there are plenty of people who visit rockport who dont want to leave their kids unaccompanied while popping in to buy some beer and a hat.. lol I think I'll trash the spankys hat I bought after the...

I live in San Antonio, so about eight of these stores could fit into one of our Specs, but that doesn't mean they didn't check off all the right boxes. Staff was lively and interactive, and the vendors were really sweet. Large selection, too. We picked up just about everything we needed on our first run - I say "just about" because the fam sure did send us out for another round only a few hours later....
