The guy is always pleasant with me when I come in there. However today he had help from she called herself the manager. Her delivery is and was very rude and horrible. First I ordered my food online but like always it was not ready the guy was making it with a smile when I came in. It was a lady standing there and the "manager" was standing behind him cutting salami. So I asked him was those my steaks be cuz he has made my food before he stated yes I'm getting them ready now as he was putting them in the toaster. Then the "manager" inserted herself instead of help the lady that was just standing in front of the counter, she asked who was first. I said oh now he's making mine now it was and online order as he was about to reply the "manager" interrupted him and said oh well you need to stand over there while pointing at the DOOR. Then she goes yea over there and mumbled something under her breath as if I was irritating her when I was just talking to the man fixing my sandwichs. So I moved the man said all I have to do now is put the vegetables on it. I asked him for more ranch on the food she stop helping the lady with her food to inserted herself again we don't got none as I'm watching him put some more ranch on the sandwich I let her know he got it and she yelling I'm the manager I don't care who you is you didn't even finish helping the lady who you were supposed to be helping with her salad trying to yell at me over all this encounter with this lady in leggings waterfalls stiff hair was horrible and unacceptable exceptionally...
Read moreTo the manager, who also appears to be African American with the 27 piece, and "who also has a store in rowlett". To make me purchase a new sandwich over miscommunication on you and your staffs part was ridiculous. Since you said you've been with Subway for a while you should have noticed that subway has discontinued their sweet onion sauce and replaced it with sweet onion Teriyaki sauce. I noticed you had gotten an attitude from the time your staff started making my order because I asked him to change his gloves. As a health-care professional it is my responsibility to not accept something that could lead to an illness of any kind for the sake of myself and others ( i.e. infection precautions...food contamination precaution). To allow your a staff member to touch a screen with the same gloves he is making food with, touch other things and then come back to make a sandwich looks bad on you as a "manager". I'm not sorry that I asked him to change his gloves. I am sorry to myself that I drove back 25 minutes to get my sandwich remade which you refused to do because I wanted sweet onion and NOT sweet onion teryaki. Unacceptable! No I won't be back but from one black woman to another get it...
Read moreSo I am posting another one. No free cookie, no incentive. Just to brag. My son and I went in there today. We had people behind us, people in front of us, and online orders walking in. The only one there, Trevon, was up to his ears in orders. He was phenomenal. He never lost his cool or even acted flustered. He stayed calm, delegated his time to help all of us, and smiled the entire time. Truly probably the best subway I've been to. I'm not a big tipper for industries that don't serve throughout the meal, but i did today. Thank you, Trevon, for the exceptional customer service in spite of having to juggle all that by yourself. You will have my business again and again. It was like being at Starbucks 10 years ago when they were picky and the employees actually enjoyed...
