My family is visiting the area from the Midwest & while I've had sushi before, my son had not. He asked me if he could try sushi when we were in California & I agreed. We chose Paradise Sushi & Grill due to the reviews & proximity to our hotel. They have by far the greatest kid's meal I've ever seen: 2 items plus salad, soup & ice cream, all for a fantastic price. I ordered a spicy tuna roll which was great. The reason for my 5 star review is due to their AMAZING customer service & genuine kindness. Shortly into our meal, we discovered my child had a skin rash & swelling due to ginger in the salad dressing (this was completely unknown to us since we don't eat ginger at home) & we needed to leave abruptly to tend to his reaction. Once we got his skin reaction under control, he asked to finish his California roll & tempura shrimp (both ginger free). I went back to Paradise Sushi & Grill & asked to purchase just those 2 items because I had left suddenly & hadn't thought to pack it up. The staff was SO kind & understanding that they wouldn't accept payment for the remade kid's meal. That is phenomenal service & kindness that you don't see...

Honestly, considering how many places are in Rohnert Park, I can't say I'd really recommend this place. Went here for dinner with family and oh boy where do I start. The server let us pick a table which is fine. However when we received our food we had to ask for plates, napkins and chopsticks which is just...??? Don't know why that was the case. For an all you can eat sushi place, our server stopped at our table maybe... Twice in the span of an hour? One of the rolls we had marked down initially wasn't brought out. Some of our rolls were falling apart the moment we touched them. The Udon we ordered was about 90% beef and vegetables and 10% noodles, with the beef and veggies being bland and highly overcooked to the point of being tough and chewy. All the while, two tables over was a family with three children who were running all over the restaurant making messes that the poor employees had to clean up after. This part is definitely a management issue because there is no reason that should be tolerated in a dine in setting. I do feel like this restaurant has potential to be far greater, but I was not impressed for my...

Tried paradise again but it was an absolute disaster. They can't even take a simple order. Never ever going back.

Got sick after eating here. I got spicy tuna for lunch as test for the restaurant. If you can't make a simple dish then you have issues. Well this place has issues. The rice was stale & hard/undercooked. They used a spicy mayo which is wrong. The cut the tuna in bits instead of blended. Way too spicy. Couldn't taste the tuna at all which usually means it's not fresh. Will not be going back. I decided to give it a one star because i got sick. it wasn't horrible like shogun. Never go too this place you'll regret it. Jojo's is santa rosa is still the best...

I have developed a taste for sushi but I'm still a novice. My nephew Jayvyn introduced me to Paradise Sushi and grill. The place is amazing! Which coincides with the fact that the food is also amazing! Jayvyn ordered for me because he had been there many, many times. What made the introduction to this place was it was 'all you can eat' sushi at an extremely good price! I can't name all the different things I tried, but I can say I wasn't disappointed. I mean, if anyone had ever told me, a year ago, that I would be enjoying quail eggs, I would have gagged in their face! It was worth the try. All in all, this place is two thumbs up and a pat on the back!
