I have fond memories of Chuck E. Cheeses from my childhood. I recently took my nephew and I was so disappointed. I dont like to overly criticize places but this time I will. You can no longer buy coins; everything is on a card. And it's timed! $35 for 2 hours of play. At least 5 games either jammed or broke down while we were there resulting in having to track down a worker. Which resulted in taking time from my game play. Also when you're scanning your card I noticed on a few machines you had to swipe a few times before it registered, taking more play time. The prices for pizza are ridiculous! A tiny (flat and greasy) personal pizza was $14. Not the same pizzas Ive had before. I understand they took a hit with COVID but to raise prices and lower quality is not the way to go. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars was because I appreciated the one attendant who was very vigilant on reminding people to wear their masks. And all of the other staff were Super-friendly with the exception of one young guy who openly acted like I was asking him to achieve world peace by fixing a game that got stuck on us. Its just really frustrating so I felt I should be...
Read moreI don't know if putting a comment is even going to make a difference, but from all the times that we have been there, today was the worst so far. We were celebrating my 9 years old son's birthday. Book 2 weeks before the party for 10 kids with the package that comes with souvenir cup for each kid. they gave us paper cups without even saying anything they just put them there. when I asked for the souvenir cups they said they ran out. (It's an extra charge for each cup). party was supposed to be from 5:30 to 7:30 we have to wait 40 minutes to receive the cards for kids to play because they weren't ready. We order sampler platter, the fries were halfway cook. and it look like if they were doing this on purpose The hostess were so rude I had to be asking them for cups, for plates, for forks, things that they have to had in every single party. If it wasn't enough for their rudeness of these people 6:50pm lights went out. They just didn't have more electricity we gather our stuff and left . kids weren't been able to get there...
Read moreI had such a great experience at Chuck E. Cheese thanks to one of the employees who truly went above and beyond. From the moment we walked in, she was kind, helpful, and incredibly professional. Her management skills were impressive, but what really stood out were her personal and social skills—she made us feel welcomed and valued.
At first, I wasn’t sold on the monthly membership, but the way she explained everything so clearly and kindly completely changed my mind. I could tell she genuinely cared about making our visit the best it could be, and I honestly wanted to do whatever I could to help her get the recognition she deserves.
Employees like her make all the difference. Thank you for such a wonderful experience—we’ll definitely be back! Her name was Jeanie and I look forward to going back because of her...
