Quick Sushi — Restaurant in Rohnert Park

I am actually pretty surprised that Quick Sushi has such a good rating. This place was on my to-try list for a while, so today we finally decided to give them a go. We got the Baked Scallop Roll, Dragon Roll, Lobster Crossing Roll, Mango Tango Roll, and Princess Roll. It's a bit more expensive than other local sushi restaurants, which I wouldn't have an issue with if it was worth it. Unfortunately, the rolls had no flavor and were very mushy. They had almost no structure and kept falling apart when we tried to pick them up. All of the sushi pieces were cut into different sizes, the shrimp tasted straight like rubber. Really outstanding local sushi place. The outside looks quite unassuming, but the inside decor vibe definitely makes up for the fact that it is in a strip mall.

My youngest son enjoys coming here, the sushi is fresh, fast, and delicious.

Come here with $15-20 sometimes and really enjoy myself. Never too crowded, never too sad here. I really enjoy their food and feel it has gotten better as well as their service. Sometimes it’s hard for them to crank out 10 orders and DoorDash but bro, it’s two people 95% of the time.
