Sonoma Valley Bagel Co. — Restaurant in Rohnert Park

I've been buying bagels here off and on for years. Today I went in and asked for a toasted bagel with avocado as my main (like an avocado sandwich cause I don't eat cheese or cream cheese). First of all they charged me $1 extra for the avocado and the women behind the counter didn't seem to even understand what I wanted, when I went to my car and opened the sandwich, it had hardly any avocado on it (mostly lettuce) so I went back in and asked for more avocado (not only did they not apologize they gave me extra avocado with scowls on their faces)... This is new management for this bagel shop. I used to have the attitude back in my mother's day that the Customer is always right, I know that is not the case any more... But I felt ripped off and treated badly after paying for a sandwich for $6... which I don't mind, but I deserve to get what I want if I pay that much.... I won't go back and order a sandwich because they only cater to cookie cutter menu items (she had suggested I have the turkey and avocado - I don't eat meat either).... don't like being...

I always pass by this place but one morning I was craving a breakfast bagel sandwich so I decided to pull over and finally give this place a try.

I ordered a Sonoma county eggel and was not disappointed! The bagel sandwich tasted homemade like something I could make at home myself but with the decent/ fair prices it would be more convenient to stop by this place if you're looking for a filling homemade bagel sandwich!

Top notch local business here. Been driving by this place for years also been in that parking lot many times as I get haircuts a couple of businesses down at Great Clips finally decided to go in for breakfast today I had the bacon egg and cheese bagel on a jalapeño bagel and a cinnamon roll. Both were off the hook good!
