Wow, talk about a let down! Worst cellular store and worst service known to man! The only thing good from this place was the iPhone 4S purchased. MY wife went into this store to buy me a new iPhone for my birthday and the service was terrible. She was helped by Rich P. and it was by far the worst experience of her life. She called me crying. I mean crying! She went into the store, said she wanted to buy a new iPhone. The guy, Rich, brought out the phone and sold it to her on the spot. He didn't mention that it would be hooked up right away. As in immediately. Which obviously meant that my phone, while out at work and using it was deactivated and I was left high and dry in the middle of a work day. (I use the cell phone to earn a living!) I get it. Initially she shouldn't have had it hooked up right away, but the guy never asked if she wanted it hooked up right now or not. Then when my wife was like "what? you hooked it up already... it's a gift!" Well to his defense it's not like he knew. Honest mistake. It's how he reacted that's CRAZY! He wasn't sorry, wasn't remorseful, didn't feel bad or anything. In fact, he was snooty, rude, offensive, defensive, totally mean and said many times "it's your fault!." He belittled her and made her feel stupid and didn't say sorry or anything. LAME! I've never had my wife call me crying about the way she was treated till today. I went in to confront him and he said I was a liar and my wife was a liar. Then he said he wasn't going to wave my $36 activation fee like he told my wife because I came in. This guy was a real jerk and real piece of work. You'd think that AT&T and Cellular World would have high quality customer service representatives in their stores being such amazing companies, but I guess not. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone and I would certainly NOT recommend Rich in ANY customer service job EVER! Cellular World and AT&T at 445 Rohnert Park Expressway, YOU SUCK and I hope someday you Get the service...

They are busy usually and one tie I went in there to get a trade in for my Samsung Galaxy..sure he helped somewhat but felt rushed ..like they did not have the time to really explain everything just as long as you get something regardless...so I ended up getting this Google Pixel said I would research when I get home but yet he said there was none left had to order etc...that I need to put some money down which I did and when i called couple times and went in therwe was no mention how many days to cancel etc...so by the time I finally got someone to speak to he said it was past 30 days that he cannot help me to call their 800 number to get my money and return the phone ..took me several hours back and forth on phone to resolve an return that phone. I explained to the phone person she was nice to listen and resolve my issue... I took a while to write this review...but their customer service there is awful..It was not like that prior a year ago,,,would not go back to that particular At & T store...it depends who the manager and who is working ..just like in any place,,,if you get someone who is really good at customer service you can tell...I need to cancel my at & t wifi at...

A few weeks ago, I visited a different AT&T store down in San Jose to sign up for FirstNet. They said "As part of becoming a FirstNet customer, you are entitled to a free Apple Watch!" Well, that was wrong. Not only was the watch not "free,"the promotion wasn't even for California. They totally screwed up, and let me walk out of the store with the watch without telling me any terms or plan info. Two weeks later, I get a $130 bill in the mail, and can't even find the bill to pay online, because they entered my info wrong. I went into the Rohnert Park store and was lucky enough to be helped by the manager. He immediately understood what had happened, and tried his best to rectify the situation. He was able to quickly get most of my bill refunded and fix my info, so I could actually use my online account. It was a headache, but I was lucky to receive such great service at the Rohnert...
