After waiting for 30 minutes it was our turn to upgrade our phones. We chose a Nokia Lumia 830 and just out curiosity we asked about the 950 model since there was a big banner promoting it. We were told that phone wasn't available at that store because it was super new. It had come out at the beginning of the week. Moreover it was more expensive and the few new features it had compared to the 830 we probably wouldn't even notice or need on our everyday use. We settled for the 830 and thanked our salesperson for the advice. After another 15 minutes of paperwork and verification of eligibility, we thought everything was finalized and we would have new phones. Actually not, our salesperson came back to tell us that they only had the 950 model (the same one that minutes earlier it was described to us as not worthy the money and not even available). We left because we had no confidence on the information being given to us. It seemed to fit their purpose, to sell us what they had. I would say that perhaps AT&T is not alone in this practice (pushing whatever is available) but for that to work the salesperson must know the inventory. Not very professional at all, misleading and in the end what should customer satisfaction level be? In a nut shell we wasted almost an hour at that store and were misinformed about the phones availability and features. At the end At&T had just lost all credibility with us. It would have been so much nicer if we were told the truth and they knew their inventory..... Perhaps some training would be in order for the people who work on At&T stores. We say that because our experience on the next AT&T store was even worse.    Read moreUsually I do not go to this store as I go to the one close to Best Buy but my phone was having some issues recently & since I live on the hill I decided I need to stop here ASAP to talk to someone. I had been on the phone talking to customer service. They had mentioned I needed to take my SIM card out but when I went to this location. There were 2 people in front of me and 5 more people after me that walked in too. We all had the same issue. A tower had been down in the area and my phone was displaying the SOS on top of reception area. The lady at the store was named Ariana. Very helpful lady. She told me I did not need a new SIM card but simply had to tinker with some settings. Not only did she save me the hassles of converting my SIM card to an eSIM and getting a new sim and activating that but she literally helped me along with the other 5 customers all at the same time from android to IOS and saved me the hassle of converting my details. Super friendly. Super efficient in her knowledge of knowing what to do. She has made the store once again a great place for me to come get my phone sorted instead of driving down the hill again. Super knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and helped me with my issue immediately....
Read moreI will be coming here for all my AT&T needs from now on! Arrianna not only helped me get set up with phone, internet and tv service but she made me feel like FAMILY. My kids were really active during our visit there because they were hungry and all I had on me was my EBT card. Unfortunately there was no places to eat around there that served hot meals. Seeing all this Arrianna gave my children her freshly ordered Popeyes chicken lunch even though she was clearly pregnant and I’m certain she was hungry as well. These days, it’s not common that you go into store fronts and the personnel goes above and beyond to make sure you are really taken care. Arrianna did just that! Arrianna is compassionate, patient and has superior knowledge in every aspect of the AT&T business and will see to it that your experience is nothing...
