If you love habit don’t eat at this location… Picture this … My friends and i put in our order with $6 dollar tip added to total and we step right outside their entrance door with the ringer they give you to let you know the food is ready so we don’t smell like the food being fried inside. Keep this is mind , there are like max 10 people inside all eating no line to order. Not a busy time. After 30-35 min i step back in and ask why it’s taking so long. The worker walks around confused for and few min and asks around about my order. Finally goes behind the register and pulls out my order. I ask her why didn’t the ringer go off ? She says to me when your outside the ringer doesn’t work. Two things …. Thats a lie because it’s not my first time eating at habit and i sit in my car and the ringer goes off 2nd … I’m right outside and tipped you $6 for doing your job that didn’t require me to tip you for take out. You couldn’t walk outside the door and hand me my order or just say “your order is ready” for it to sit there and get cold!?!?!?! If what your saying about your ringer is true why wouldn’t you come out and let me know?!?! This habit is a perfect example of how important it is to hire the right team for your business. On top of that i ask for 2 more extra ranch cause there is 3 of eating she has the audacity to charge me for it after making us wait for our cold food. On top got order wrong. I came In to pick up an online order, I waited quietly and patiently next to the "contactless order Pick up sign", There was nothing on the counter waiting, so I didn't bother the staff. I checked my phone once in a while to see the status of the order wich said being prepared.
The Line Manager was calling out numbers of ready orders, even repeating some of them over and over when no one came. But what also didn't come was My number. I noticed that some of the orders that he was putting together on the pickup counter have stopped being delt with for a while after slowly adding stuff to them. Finally I take a step closer (since I was keeping a curtsey distance of about 6ft from the counter) only to see My name in small pale red print on one of the bags that was sitting their for 7 minutes untouched and unannounced. The worker did not apologize after I discovered I was waiting for nothing, and said: "It is Contactless pick up, we don't call out the orders" WICH MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL (I hope needless to explain why). Read moreI never write reviews. I have no problem with the food at habit I think it’s great. Yet, this time at Habit in the drive thru my family and I had a horrible experience. The girl was super rude and all over the place. We asked for a family meal and she charged it all separately . Missing a fry(you’re supposed to get 4 we got three) we asked for a separate tempura green bean(didn’t get it). We get ranch for all of the items, 2 for the nuggets and a couple more for the others, we got 2 ranch total. And then it total she was super rude, not friendly at all. We ended up getting charged over 60 dollars somehow for 4 burgers 3 fries, and 10 nuggets. To keep in mind this is usually a meal that is typically 30-45 bucks. And we didn’t even get everything that was owed to us. Hope this was just a bad day with the girl, but still. Not happy with the customer...
