She forgot to pay something an needed a extension until the beginning of next month the lady was speaking to her rudely an sighing then when I called she sat on the phone with me arguing with me about them not giving extentions when they have before she has rented a few things from them an paid them off in full she has been a aarons costumer for 4 years now I believe anyways when I asked for cooperates number she goes "your going to call corporate because I won't extend your payment" no ma'am I'm calling corporate because your rude. Then when I told her she was being recorded because how rude she was being she said if your recording me i wont extend your payment.... typically we have no issues with this location but that lady doesn't need to work...
