We went in to get some help designing a pantry/storage solution for our dining room. I made an appointment online and submitted some measurements and photos. Chris was very helpful walking us through the process and created a design on the fly based on our needs. He showed us all the available options and didn't make the appointment feel rushed. Roseville pop up is awful. And ikea corporate was not helpful. We placed an order to be picked up and PAID. But IKEA canceled the order and never informed me. When I called to check on the status that is when I found out. This was supposed to be my daughter’s main Christmas present and they were “unable “ to deliver it time for Christmas even though it was their mistake (I called 4 days before Christmas). No explanation and no effort to make it right other than covering delivery fees. Thanks for messing up...
