Black Coffee and Waffle Bar — Restaurant in Roseville

There was a worker who was a young white girl who was mean, rude, & disrespectful to me. On Monday of October 2nd, while I was waiting for my order to be taken, she was instead talking to her friend for a long 10 minutes straight. All she did was hug her & chat with her without turning around to see who’s ready for order. There was a line forming behind me too. Until finally, I walked up to her & said I was ready to order, but all she did was glared at me & didn’t apologized… but her friend did? She finally rung up my order, & I didn’t tip her! When she was done with my plate, she throws the plate on the table across me & just says, “Here you go!” and still didn’t even apologized to me! With the next customer, she was so much nicer & respectful to her! What? While I was eating my food, I noticed that she was working extra fast because of the line that was building up. Had she not talked to her friend while on the job, she would have no line. She was rude, mean, & disrespectful to me. Horrible customer service with a bad attitude! She'd rather chat with her friend at work instead of making any money at work. She should be fired! I used to always come eat at this waffle place everytime I came to Rosedale Mall, but not anymore! As a regular, the employees at Black are a cut above any of the competition within the mall, friendly, curteous, and efficient in their work. They also are willing to answer questions about their products, which is helpful to those with allergies or dietary restrictions. I have never recieved incorrect food, which is more than can be said for other places in the food court. The people at the counter just look at you and wait for you to oder no hello or anything me and my daughter order the same thing the potato waffle they had to remake mine so I tasted hers while I was waiting and I didn't like it and I told them I wasn't going to like it before it was finished she said ok didn't offer a refund or anything and when she brought it to me just placed it on the table.
