Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews — Restaurant in Ross Township

Red Roban is delishas. I ben goang there sens I was a twerp. My favrate boger to eat is tavarn boger. The frys are devine. The mikshaks are todally TDF. The watreses are all ways nice to me and I usta think one of her wantad to mary me but she just had a cold. Red Roban usta give out bloons. Red bloons. One time I ast the ladey up front if I can have to bloons and she gived me to and I put the bloons in my shert and went back to the tabal and my mama and mammaw was scremang and tellang me to take the bloons out becase Im not a wimman. I thot it was funnay but I had to unbuttan my pants to untut my shert to take out the bloons and than my pants fell down and I bent ovar to pullem up and my mama saw brown on my wite undarware. She was mad at me becase she sad I shood all ways ware clean undarware in case im in a axadant but sumptims I dont make it to the bafroom in time and life hapans. I Then anothar time I got just 1 bloon from the front and I put it in my shert and came back to the tabal and told mammaw and mama I had a babay in my belleh and I was gonna name it chuck norras and my mama was yellang to take it out and she was barist but mammaw was lafang. I told her the babay wasnt redey to be born yet. I ast the watres if my babay can have a free meel and then mama got mad and left the restrant and sat in the car and she sad Im a bad bad boy.I think thats how come no bloons get givan at Red Roban no more. Spekang of deesart, Red Roban has the best deesart any boday evar ate. My favrate is the is creem pie thats reel tall. Its so tastey and has lotsa chocalte. I all so had some dow ring towar witch is a big stick wif fryed rings of dow on them that gots shugar and sinaman on it and there so good but my favrate is the is creem pie becase its so big. I lernd that I cant sit on is creem pie becase it melts. When me and mammaw are in Maraval to go to the mall we go to Red Roban and its so good and I recamand it too all a indeana. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Red Robin. As soon as my boyfriend and I walked in the door, the hostess was nowhere to be found, and when she did see us, she walked away and came back to tell us they only had tables available. No greeting, no smile from anyone. We told her that was fine and she took us to a table that had not been cleaned off yet. There were 4 booths open that we could see, as well as several clean tables. A bus boy cleaned our table and we asked to be moved to one of the open booths. He said he would check and after several minutes, he came back and pointed to one that had no working light over it. We moved and sat for 10 minutes watching and waiting for our waitress, Jessica, to acknowledge us, but she did not. She walked by us several times and did not look at us once. We stopped her and asked if we could get drinks and she was annoyed and rude telling us she’d seen us sit down “a couple minutes ago, but she was really busy.” We ordered a sprite and raspberry lemonade, both of which were so watered down they barely had any taste. We ordered food and had to request fries for the table, which I’ve never had to do. The fries that were dropped on our table were lukewarm, dry, and over cooked, there was no possible way they were fresh or even cooked within the last hour. We’d had enough so we cancelled our order and let the manager know about our experience. She apologized, but also didn’t seem at...

It's red Robin. More specifically, it's Red Robin after the whole pandemic deal. I've never really cared for their food. So I'm not really going to comment on it too much. It's not great, not the worst ever. But the 3 stars is for taking 45 minutes for a single (one) extra fry order (you know, cause unlimited sides...) and literally having a server from another section come complain to her coworker (standing next to our table) about being overwhelmed. I counted her having 2 tables. I served for years, I get being overwhelmed. I never once complained about it to a coworker while standing next to diners. The restaurant was about 35% full. So I really don't know what was going on there on the evening we ate. Just a poor experience all around. Again. The food has never been great, so I'm giving that a pass in this review. But the lack of any sort of reasonable wait times for food and general lack of even half way common sense by a server dropped my review a bit. Our server was okay. He was personable and did his part. All in all, it's Red Robin, I didn't go in expecting much and honestly got a bit less than what I was hoping...
