Terrible customer service and over priced garbage. Been there twice and had a bad experience both times.

Owner is condescending and rude. She rolls her eyes and gets attitude if you dont know EVERYTHING about rocks. Talks down to you if you misidentify or mispronounce a rock. Acts like a geology know it all but still has to call somebody else for pricing her own merchandise. When her rudeness is pointed out she throws a fit and blames the customer. She accused me of being rude because I questioned if her geodes sell fast and called them decent. Treating your customers like they're stupid because they aren't "rock experts" like you is a bad business plan. Must have rocks in her head too.
