Three folks in our crew, two of us have done many escape rooms over the years. We were surprised of the large variety of rooms to select from that are available already for being an opening weekend.

We accomplished the Pirates Curse with 5 min to spare. Our game keeper Anthony was quick to assist when we needed a clie. He sent encouraging messages that we were doing well during game play. We spent a few min to speak to Cecilia about possible glitces. She explained it was opening weekend so we chatted a moment for clarification on a couple of puzzles that didn't complete correctly and needed attention for next game players. It didn't ruin the fun fur us but wanted to bring it up to fix for the future games.

We were thrilled to be the first guests during their soft opening, and the performance was truly exceptional. While we had anticipated some technical glitches, they were surprisingly minimal. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and Cecilia, Cha, and Melody genuinely demonstrated a deep passion for Escapology. We were delighted to learn that children don’t have to pay full price, which is a great perk. We visited two rooms today and will definitely return to do them all. My husband and I had a great time during our experience! Tracie showed us to our room and very kindly explained everything we needed to know before our timer began. She let us know the hints were unlimited which was good because we were worried about it being our first time doing an escape room just the two of us. Our game master Thomas gave us super helpful hints every time we asked for one and even offered to extend our time since we were so close to finishing the room.
