Let me just say this , these cheesecakes are absolutely to dieeee for ! I came after my friend spoke highly of the energy in the store , after exchanging info about our experience I think it’s safe to say we received service by the same employer ! Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. 10 stars to young man whose name I think was Azul who explained to me how to keep my cheesecake fresh for the long drive home , Jeff you have outdone yourself , you can taste the love you put into your products , the young man also informed me on all the awards and tv shows you guys have been on and it makes sense after tasting . This being said i also returned a second time because my experience was phenomenal however I did not receive the same service , they didnt have the same knowledge or postive energy as the last but because I knew how delicious these cheesecakes are I still bought. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I placed an order in advance for my husband’s birthday — a special gesture, since he’s currently away on a work trip and we couldn’t celebrate together. Everything was confirmed, paid for, and scheduled for delivery at 6:00 PM California time (we’re on the East Coast). At 5:58 PM, just two minutes before delivery, I received a text saying my order was cancelled. No explanation. No time to make other arrangements. This was not just an order it was meant to be a thoughtful surprise on an important day. To cancel with no notice or solution shows a complete lack of professionalism and reliability. Chef Jeff is amazing. He welcomed us and greeted us with a smile as soon as we came in. He is truly a wonderful person with such great energy. I’ve been following him on social media for a while now was so excited to finally be there. The location is great and the selection is absolutely amazing, he had so many flavor options. I had the sweet potato cheesecake and my daughter had the Oreo cheesecake. They were the BEST Cheesecakes we have ever had. They were perfect and not overly sweet. I normally don’t like sweets but they were delicious. I will definitely come back to support him again, he definitely bakes with love. Go check him out and support him you won’t be disappointed.
