I was searching for affordable parking near USIS and stumbled upon this garage using Spot Hero. Upon examining the map, it seemed a bit challenging to pinpoint the garage's entrance, but it turned out to be quite straightforward. For those who plan to use it in the future, simply drive down L Street, make a right onto 7th Street, and then turn right, just before the train stop, into the alley. Continue past a small parking area, and you'll easily spot the entrance. I managed to book a spot on the website for just $10, covering parking from 7:30 am to 5 pm. It's worth noting that some nearby parking options offer 2 hours of free parking, but chances are you'll require more than 2 hours, making the $10 rate quite economical. Once you enter the garage, proceed forward until you reach the designated parking markings. An attendant will then take your keys and handle parking your vehicle. Afterward, head to the indoor elevator and go to the first floor. The exit leads to 8th and L Street. When you're finished, they'll retrieve your car for you. DO NOT PARK HERE FOR GOLDEN 1 EVENTS! Advertised as self parking. Said you didn't even need to speak with an attendant as I prepaid and registered my plate. We drove in at time of opening and immediately got stuck with cars on all sides. Completely incompetent valet ( only valet). Would not allow us to self park. While we were only second in line, for whatever reason it took 30 mins for them to process us so we were too late for dinner. At the end of the show, we cut out a bit early because we were concerned with the foreseen mess with retrieval of the car. We waited in line for over an hour! We didn't get our car until after midnight. When we drove out of the garage the line was from the second floor all the way down to the street ( probably over 200 people). Came back from my appointment to an attendant going through my belongings in my car! Then because I caught him and he was embarrassed he started yelling about the $2 fee! And I mean yelling! Why?
