Golden 1 Center Box Office — Local services in Sacramento

I bought tickets for Gabriel Iglesas (Fluffy) before the pandemic. The show was rescheduled before and I was informed. Then it was cancelled. I was at DOCO and found out it was rescheduled and I wasn't emailed informing me this time. If I had known I could of had a nice evening. The supervisor said it would take to many hours to find my payment for refund. He wouldn't give me a chance to look for the rescheduling email from last year. I raced home to find the tickets so I could qualify for a refund before the 8pm show start. '20/7 1st review, but regular customer over the years: -- Pre-COVID 5 Star: If a line, it moves quickly given a handful of tellers, air conditioned inside, walk-in style lobby like a bank, at base of arena. -- Post-COVID 4 Star: "Box Office closed until further notice" with no mention of how to get refund...just an email "The Box Office can be reached at boxoffice@kings.com for any event inquiries and we will get back to you as soon as possible." Came to see the "Eagles" 2 weeks ago with a group of friends. Awesome show. They always put on a fantastic show each time I see them. This event also included local orchestra backing on a few of the songs and also a local gospel section for a couple of songs.
