I am a worker at Vs Smoke Emporium & I just wanted to pop in here to clarify a few things about the previous review.

1. As many of our customers know we like to keep up with the latest items including elf bars… and just like us elf bar is improving everything as well. They collaborate on other vapes as well as UPDATE THEIR OWN PACKAGING! We keep the latest vapes on shelf to assure you don’t get expired vapes. If you compare your current vape to one you had who knows how long ago they are sure to be different. Selling one that is identical would mean it’s most likely expired.

2. Anyone who asks for their box will receive their box. I TAKE THEM OUT OF THE BOX BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO TRY THE VAPE IN STORE TO ASSURE IT WORKS! AND TO ASSURE YOU DONT COME IN 20 MINUTES LATER SAYING ITS NOT WORKING!! I don’t know what happened in those 20 minutes and therefore I would not be able to replace it. You could have dropped it in water or ran it over and I wouldn’t know. If you wanted your trash you could have said so.

3. The cops you called tested out the QR code on the box and it came Up to their website… and they bought one too because they loved how wide of a variety we had (thanks for the customers)

Went in to buy an elf bar, upon sale the woman unwrapped and took the vape out of the box and would not give me the box, just handed me the Vape. I found this weird but didn’t really think anything of it. Later when I got home I realized that this elf bar looked different and tasted different than others I had previously bought at different stores. I happen to have an old one on hand and compare the two. Lo and behold they are vastly different by color and the text on the Vape is different as you can see in picture. Everything clicked at that point that this is a fake elf bar. Who knows what else they’re selling that’s fake or where it comes from. This is definitely illegal and unsafe. I have reported this on the Elf bar website and the FDA. May consider calling Sahuarita PD. To the owners of this establishment we are not dumb maybe you are but I doubt you’re unaware of this. Fraudulent and sleezy. The vape on bottom is the fake one. I later found out the reason they don’t give you the box is because there’s a QR code on the box that you can use to verify the authenticity of the Vape…...

giving two stars simply for first impression. My boyfriend and I walked in wanting to look for a dab rig, as we walk in the sales attendant was already catering to another customer. Seeing that, my bf and I look around because we already know what we are seeking. As my bf looks around I briefly look at one particular area only, I was in the middle of being on my phone (texting). After seeing that we didn’t particularly want anything in the shop, we were simply just going to leave. As we were walking out the door, we hear someone say “are you guys okay” with a tone that was implying we were doing something suspicious or scoping his shop out. We turn around and first thing I see is the guy’s face, as if we were bothering him. Without even thinking I still smiled and cheerfully say, “we’re okay, thank you!” Just wanted to state, we were simply there to possibly give you more business.
