Read moreMy wife and I shopped at this store. Beautiful store and sells all kinds of nice local touristy stuff. People there are real nice and helpful. My only suggestion is to put “no return only exchange on a BIG sign in store. Not to print it on receipt after people pay for there stuff and then found out later they can ONLY exchange it. My wife really liked one of the Larimar Stone necklace. After we bought it and walked out the store and got to our car, my wife (about 2 mins out of the door) realized the jewelry has small imperfection. Two clear holes are there. (To be fair, they are small), but when you (my wife) want something bad, she expect to be perfect. We went back, the store owner claims the receipt says there is no return only exchange, but they don’t have another same designed one left in stock...they refuse to refund or even gave a discount towards the purchase. Nothing even to show their apology...well, I guess they just don’t have customer service at all nor stand behind their product! My advice is : they have cool products, but please EXAM, TEST, Use Magnifier for imperfections, because the moment the item goes out the door, no going back folks! So.. I hope this is a fair enough review and save someone’s trouble in the future. Still, cool store, but we hated our experience...
Read moreI visited this business on August 14th, and had a very unpleasant interaction with one staff member. She had medium-length dark hair, spoke with an accent, and was extremely rude from the moment I tried to speak to her. She misunderstood my intentions and treated me as though I was going to damage or steal an item simply because I wanted to hold it to show my parents. When I attempted to clarify, she ignored me entirely.
Thankfully, the other ladies who worked there were polite, helpful, and turned the situation around enough that I didn’t walk out immediately. While I appreciate their kindness, the unprofessional behavior of the first staff member left a lasting negative impression.
I’m sure this isn’t your normal customer experience, but I will say left a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t normally leave negative reviews but this one interaction actually made me feel the need to. I still bought two of your mermaid ornaments. That’s what brought me into your store looking through your window.
