We visited this boutique in early October. It was festively decorated and it caught our eye, so we decided to stop in. However from the moment we entered, the owner was incredibly rude. My teenager was looking at some earrings on display. The owner took the earrings away while we were still looking at them and put them behind the counter! She even followed us around the store. Our style is a bit different, more on the gothic/punk side. It felt like she was judging us. When I asked about the price of some rings in the display case, she quoted an unreasonably high price. As someone who resells jewelry, I know her numbers were significantly above retail, likely to avoid letting us look at the rings. I had plenty of money to spend and saw a few items I genuinely liked, but the ownerâs attitude made things uncomfortable. She was rude and condescending, which definitely lost her a sale.    Read moreStopped in with my mom, wife, sister and nephew. When my mom and nephew walked out, the owner launched into a tirade about how she âdoesnât understand why people with kids think they came come in and let their kids touch everythingâ. My nephew (4) was with his grandma for the entire 120 seconds they were in the store and he didnât touch anything. The lady followed them around. Bit of advice to the owner, if you own a store children will come into it. If you donât like it, put up signs that say no children etc (even though my nephew did not harm any of their overpriced costume pieces). Comments echo other customerâs...
