Cottonways — Local services in Saint Augustine

Walking past a gorgeous tucked in garden and onto a sheltered porch, we first saw what would become our favorite store in this amazing town. Why? Was it the select jewelry thoughtfully displayed around the room selected from exotic places? Was it the clothes racks that were organized with matching outfits so cleverly that I didn’t even have to even think about matching colors? All of these reason for sure made our shopping experience fun and super productive BUT what makes it our favorite store is the person we met there, Kim. Asking questions about the jewelry and feeling her excitement about their stories was the best! Surely Kim was the owner, I thought as I bounced from rack to rack. After a conversation about sailing and life, we learned that she was the dedicated shopkeeper and that she did. She treated this shop like her very own. If I had a shop i would want Kim to be my right hand person for her dedication and thoughtful communication. Thank you Kim, we shall return because of how you made us feel about...

As a loyal CottonWays customer for the past eight years, specifically at the St. Augustine location, I have the highest esteem for the integrity of those who work at that location. I absolutely LOVE LOVE CottonWays, their products, quality of merchandise, staff and customer service, especially Kim, the manager, and Cindy. It has become my obsession to the degree that I decided to count the number of items that I have purchased from them. I recently counted 7 skirts, 31 tops, mostly Megan’s and Dories and 13 pairs of slacks, mostly Lisa’s or Frankie’s. As a breast cancer survivor, the V-neck in the Megan and Dorie tops conceal many of my imperfections. I have worn their clothes to funerals, weddings, holiday events as well as for every-day activities and given many items to family members as gifts. Visiting this beautiful city as well as this establishment brings me joy every year. Bless them for their patience with vacationing patrons and their hospitality and customer support. ...

I went in to this store today and I was stocked by the costumer service in this establishment. I was approached by a very rude, unfriendly employee. I own multiple business and would never allow for any employee of any of MY establishments be so cold, rude and dismissive to any customers. Business like this one should be closed immediately and will one day. Your number one priority is your customer and at this rate this establishment will not have any returning customer. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY. Sooo many other business out there that cherish their customers and are more deserving.
