FIVE & DIME General Store — Local services in Saint Augustine

Wow, this place has everything thing and then some. Lots of souvenirs to bring that someone a small treat back from vacation. The store is large and has a nice variety of products to choose from. No empty shelves and plenty of help if you have a question. The store is located in the "old village" or historic district and is a nice walk to get into the shopping area it is located in. The store does have handicapped access, however it might be a little too tight on the sales floor for a large chair. Prices are fair for a souvenir shop, and everything is clean, tidy, and nothing seems to be in disrepair. We will be back on our next outing to the...

We were walking the street of old St. Augustine yesterday. We noticed the shop was finished so we stopped in to take a look around. There are a lot of cute items in the shop. There is a lot of of items that are sold that appear to be just trinkets that say St. Augustine on them. But you can get a few items like, candy, fingernail files if you happen to beak one and can not find yours, and a few other items in the store like bottled water, sodas, behind the sinister items. They did a very nice job keeping the outside to period and the inside looks new but fits with the downtown vibe as well. All in all a very well done job on redoing...
